Navigating the Enterprise

It is not enough to preach enterprise thinking to your organization and expect your people to all of a sudden have the “enterprise perspective”.  An organization that wants to instill enterprise thinking within its culture needs to be prepared to provide its leadership with the tools, skills and culture needed to navigate the entire enterprise.
